Uorfi Javed reacts to Ranveer Singh calling her 'fashion icon' on Koffee With Karan 7

The first episode of the much-awaited Koffee With Karan 7 dropped on July 7. Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt were the first guests. Many revelations from the stars’ lives were let out on the Karan Johar-hosted chat show. It was during a segment when Ranveer Singh called Uorfi Javed a ‘fashion icon’. The actress finally reacted to it.

UORFI REACTS TO RANVEER CALLING HER FASHION ICON

You may love or hate but you cannot ignore Uorfi Javed’s fashion diaries. After her Bigg Boss OTT stint, the actress became famous for her eccentric dressing style. In fact, Ranveer Singh called her a ‘fashion icon’ on Koffee With Karan Season 7. The actress was papped wearing a saree on the occasion of Eid, which is when she spoke about Ranveer’s compliment. As per a TOI report, Uorfi said, “Ranveer Singh called me a fashion icon. I couldn't believe it. I was watching a movie and suddenly I got a lot of calls from everyone. I couldn't understand why they were calling me.”

She further added, “They started asking me if I watched Koffee With Karan's episode and started sending me its episode. I thought the episode must have been an entertaining one that's why everyone is sending me. Then my sister called me and asked if I watched the episode. I said no, so she told me that Ranveer Singh called you a 'fashion icon'.” She then said, “Initially I thought that he (Ranveer Singh) was making fun of me but he said it very nicely.
